    Air conditioning performance

Test was done after the truck was driven for 15 minutes in “Max A/C” mode. The vent temp will always be relative to the outside temp. In my situation, it is a 48 deg drop from ambient, which is pretty damn good from an academic perspective...and is perfectly within spec for FCA. However, I...

    Air conditioning performance

Honestly, I do not find the A/C to be an issue, at least not in my climate. My area gets up to 100-105F in the summer, but no humidity.

Those are just generic ranges. Not really accepted as pass/fail by a specific OEM. With that said, the fact that other vehicles can hit it and the Ram cannot is....annoying.

What exactly is this green range? Is it an industry standard measurement? Vent temps will always depend on the ambient temp.

What’s your expectation then? A 40-45 deg drop from ambient temp is fairly normal for an automotive a/c system.

Deleted my post from earlier. Re-ran the test. 15 min of drive time. Max A/C, recirc.

Correct: https://hdrams.com/forum/index.php?threads/a-c-issues-anyone-else.573/page-10#post-30545 With that said, my 2020 Bighorn with a 03/2020 production date has A/C that works fine. It works fine, but not incredible.

    Floor Mat Recall

I still see them on sale on eBay. In fact, I am considering a purchase now before they stop allowing sales. I would rather have the extra bit of protection.

Best place to purchase Mopar official Mopar warranty- dont buy from local dealer!

It was from a dealer. They claimed that FCA informed them of a price increase effective 9/1 but was not privy to the details until then.

Best place to purchase Mopar official Mopar warranty- dont buy from local dealer!

This morning, I received an e-mail warning of a price increase coming next week. Traditionally, FCA has previously done increases every September.

    AMP Research Bed Extender

I am interested in purchasing a Bed Extender for my 2020 with the 5'7" bed. I have a few questions: 1) What are the differences between the AMP Research Bed Extender and the Mopar one? 2) I have a Bakflip MX4 cover. WIll the Bed Extender fit under this cover? Will I need to install any shims...

    Dealer service vehicle

It depends if the dealer titled the vehicle. If the vehicle was never titled, the warranty has not started. But if they have, then you have less warranty remaining and it is not a particularly good deal.

Best place to purchase Mopar official Mopar warranty- dont buy from local dealer!

DEF system and EGR cooler are covered, but the catalytic converter and DPF are not. Mopar extended warranties are a bit unclear on what is covered; their plan documents list commonly items but the policy does not appear to be a true exclusionary policy like some other extended warranties...

Msrp was $51K. Total discount was $13K. OTD is irrelevant because the tax rate is dependent on your zip code.

Just helped a buddy of mine purchase a 2020 BTS from Hoblit Ram in Woodland, CA. $6k dealer discount, $7k in rebates. Truck was picked up about a week ago. Keep an eye on their website.

    Rear wheel house liners

That is odd. The catalog only shows one part number (68365746AA) for that 2-piece liner.

Installed mine today. I did not separate the existing factory 2-piece rear liner. No issues at all. Not sure why the YouTube videos are recommending this step?

That may have been the case at some dealers, but not the case at the dealer that I have been working with. Do you need a referral?
