More dechroming going on. Red accents too.

I tried doing this today and I couldn’t even reach my arm back far enough. I’m probably shorter than you guys. Lol.

I bought my protector before I picked up the truck and installed it on the dealer lot. The factory plastic got peeled off and the glass went on. No finger prints to clean and no dust.

They are Fuel Rebels in 22x10” -13 offset. They fit perfectly.

Did a little more dechroming today. I love the pop of red.

Ordered some plastic plugs I found here on the forum to fill the bumper holes. Painted with touch up paint. Install tomorrow.

Bought her 7 months ago and she’s got 6k miles. Mid way through the dechroming process. I love this truck!

The center section of the grille, mirrors and window trim are getting wrapped in brushed black. All of the emblems are getting replaced with black ones too.

I tried that but didn’t notice any difference. Does the icon on the mirror light up when it’s on?

I hope this isn’t a dumb question but how do you turn on the mirror defroster? I’ve looked on the dash and checked the options on the 12” screen but I don’t see it. I see the icon on the mirror and I see the electrical traces behind the glass so I know the option is there.

Those don't look like they would sit flush. Depending on whether you use a tonneau cover or not, it could cause a problem.

Bought the 3D printed ones I saw on this post. A little on the pricey side but they look great. Perfect fit and finish.
