I believe even when you manually deploy them, they will auto raise back up when the truck hits a certain MPH (like 5 or 6).

It is under settings on the display. I can't remember off hand which category you need to choose first. I'll have to double check when I am back in my truck.

I just tested this at lunch. The steps stayed deployed after I manually deployed them, closed the driver's door, and locked the truck.

I have seen the same behavior occasionally. A few seconds late at times, nothing I'm worried about though.

My Undercover Flex works this way as well. I'm still trying to find some suitable rear stake pocket covers to stop the mild leaks that occur there. I've also ordered a cheap tailgate seal to see if that will help. The amount of water I do have leaking in is not enough to cause me grief.

Big fan of that interior on White and other select colors.

Yes there is a setting to turn off "Auto Deploy".

I would have to agree. Mine have worked well so far. The ones in my wife's Acura seem to be possessed at times and activate when it is sunny out and the windshield is spotless.

So my truck came with the below pinstripe. Just curious if this is a standard item added to the Limited trim level? It does not appear on my window sticker as an option and I have not seen it available as an option on the RAM website. It also wasn't shown as a dealer added item or on my build...

I'm not sure of the speed limit for 4-HI. When you do drive in any 4WD mode it is expected that you will have some wheel slip when turning otherwise the driveline will bind and you could cause damage to it. I've turned mine on a few times to make sure it would engage but only while driving in...

They should both tilt, at least mine do. I wish there was a setting to only tilt one of the mirrors, I like just having the passenger side tilt.

Very interested in what your dealer has to say. My eTorque is getting slightly better than what yours is, but not nearly what I expected. I have about 1500 miles on mine now and I will say the city mileage is slightly improving. Part of the issue is that start stop so far has only been active...

So far that has been my experience too. I just returned from a Dallas area to Austin area round trip and got 16ish on the way down and 18 on the way back. I'm blaming the 3.92 gears since my 2015 GMC 6.2 got 21 down and up several times. I'll take the gears over the miles though :cool:
