I wouldn't waste effort on that. A nice 5 channel Amp and some decent speakers/sub will blow the apline away, and would probably cost less.

I've got the amplified alpine system so I did not upgrade anything besides speakers (I also added a new sub and amp for that)
If I had the base, I'd run a amp for the doors, but you don't have to.

Unlock to use alfaobd/Tazer = no (you do need a cheap SCG bypass)
Unlock for custom tune = yes
Exception for tune is the edge pulsar, it's a piggyback system that changes performance parameters before they enter the pcm. But no custom tunes for that.
Look up the Magnuson Moss Warranty Act...
Got the CDT HD-690SEX installed in the rear doors! Fixed all the issues I was having. I think the higher impedance of the Infinity was killing the amp's power, and their very high sensitivity rating was causing them to scream at me over the front CDTs.
Volume level and front/rear balance is all...
There are some holes in the beam that holds the fuse panel.. Top left. I installed a bolt/nut there for ground.
I have the same setup. Escort with mute button cord.

It's a pain, but you can remove all the bolts and squeeze your arm in the bottom and the speaker holes to get sound deadening on. Shove a roll of paper towels between the carrier plate and door to hold it open while you shove your arm in there.
Just FYI, there is some factory deadening in...
LEDs for what location? Headlights, brake light, interior?
I'll say this, you get what you pay for. The only cheap brand I've had okay results with is JDM Astar. But that wasn't for this truck.
Pay once and get some diode dynamics for all the interior, brake, turn signals, etc. . For halogen...
Na, yours looks great. I like how you slanted it. I was going to but decided I had had enough with trying to figure out all these angles. I should have used an angle finder instead of eyeballing it, checking, adjusting, and so on.... I also, built mine to ensure I can still remove the OEM all...
Thanks! Today I got the amp temporarily mounted behind the rear seat. I have to remove it all when they finally replace my back window. I'm also going to sound deaden the back wall. That's were most of the outside noise is coming from. Drive without your rear seat and you'll believe me.
Also...
Depends on the source. If it's a cracked frame, they'll replace the window in a few months when they get one in stock. If it's the antenna or brake light, they'll half a$s repair it and make you beg for a replacement headliner.
For now though, I'd go tighten the brake light screws and/or put...
Well, I'm still not happy with the Infinity Reference I put in the rear doors, and after going crazy trying to decide, I ordered the CDT HD-690SEX ( Carbon fiber 6x9 Coax). I was thoroughly impressed with the CL69S that I put in the front doors, and from what I can see, these are the same...
Thanks! I had to get on the road for a work trip and had exactly an hour and a half to spare, so I managed to get the PAC AmpPro and 4 gauge amp install kit done. I didn't have time to disconnect the factory sub, but to be honest it sounds pretty good with it as is. This sub slams alot harder in...
Getting closer! For the record I hate carpeting speaker boxes, unless they are a perfect cube. Either way, turned out pretty sweet.

[emoji23], Too busy with work to go into the box building business. That's why this one is taking me so long. Plus, I recently shipped a small sub box and it was like 55 bucks just to ship. It's no wonder small businesses are dropping like flies.

Yeah man, I'm normally careful but I made a rookie mistake and left it on the bench to warm up, then forgot and leaned on it to grab a tool off the peg board. [emoji2357] My nicer one has a trigger to go hot, this one doesn't. My 10 yr old walked into the garage at that exact moment and got to...
Busy last two days.
Got the CDT's in the front doors and the infinity reference in the rears.
The CDT's are down right amazing. I should have done these before getting ballz deep in the sub build, I may not have done the sub at all.
The infinitys are very bright and shifted my Soundstage to...
