Not sure the specific issue on your truck, but during my Trailer Brake Controller install, same issue happened. Did not happen on the 8.4” screen, only the 12”. After install, removal, install it happened each instance and within 24 hours or less, the system fully recovered and restored itself...

Too bad the Dealer didn’t check your battery properly the first time you brought it back. It was defective then, and still defective when they actually checked it the second time.

I just know my RAM Limited cruises so smoothly that I feel as though I’m riding in a Low Flying Aircraft!

Do Not Be Alarmed ! When you disconnect the battery this happens. It’s a normal occurrence for the 12” screen. The system will repopulate overnight and all will be good as new. Give it 24 hours. Been there Done that.....

The white funnel is if you run out of fuel and you need to add fuel, it may come in handy. Ford has same thing in their trucks.

It is in the menu, my son turned mine off. He was backing up in his truck and the sensors spotted a sign and the brakes immediately applied and stopped the truck! He didn’t know what the heck happened.

Looks good. I was considering one myself, except the piece between the bed and tailgate doesn’t appear to be designed fitted properly. Seems it would catch or snag, making it difficult to slide items into the bed?
