There are rebuild kits and used for sale on eBay. I just replaced the front shocks and retained the original air bags on my 2020:

I went 275/60/20 years ago. And no regrets at all. My next set will be 275/60/20 Michelin LTX M/S2 too.
Michelin says that tire weighs only 39 pounds!
Which is far lighter than any other tire that I was considering in that size.
