Setting 5 is where Bilstein says not to go higher on ORP springs. That will be about stock on a non ORP.

On the low end Bilstein's cannot be beat. Stay away from pucks.

Glad to hear you actually intend to use it. While they are great and capable trucks, rock crawling is asking them to do a little too much. But hard trails and easy one's are a blast in them.

You need to know how close the 35's are gonna get to the UCA's. That is the only issue. It is guaranteed you won't be able to air down. If that is not an issue to you then you only need to know how much air to keep in the to keep them from rubbing.

You're supposed to go to 20psi for towing and hauling. 5psi is for normal use.

Don't use pucks. Don't use Rough Country, and don't use Ready Lift. That should solve about 95% of your issues.

I only use them off road. Peripheral vision at night where there are no lights is huge. I would think they'd be great for the same reasons on road.

One of the holes was a little thick with liner but drilled out very easily. The supplied insert went right in after that. Installation is very easy.
