I would say, in my experience, 2 out of 3 calls I have made to Ram Care have been very helpful and informative.
Again hit or miss, but, more hits than misses.

I don't think the dealerships get automatic updates (how easy would that be for Ram) nor, can they predict the ETA of arrival to their lot. However, what "grinds my gears" is the poor customer service given by most salesmen. My Window sticker was available on the 19th and I have still not...
