@Goldsy mentioned 303 Aerospace - I second that. I use it on ATV tires to provide a clean, black look with minimal gloss. It also provides UV protection. Another just slightly more glossy option is TriNova tire shine. TriNova is my new go-to, but it does provide slight gloss.

My bet is brake pad clips. I had this squeak/chirp issue as well. The smallest bump would create the noise. Some have had success lubing the clips, so this weekend I gave it a shot. I used some quality penetrating grease while I had my rims off for tire rotation. So far, it's working, but...
