    I've got around 5K on mine and if I don't go over 65MPH I can get around 19-20 on the highway and around 17 in town.

    I found that if I wipe the connectors with my fingers before plugging it in, it corrects the issue...usually. I do believe it depends on the cable you are using.

    Having the same issue, and no it is not the phone. I’ve tried mine, wife’s and my work iPhone 7. Taken it in 3 times, each they run an update, it works for about a day then nothing. I’ve also had issues with no sound coming out of the radio 5 times.
