Looking at the inner fender structure, you would need an odd sized (like molded to fit) tube to get through it without cutting a bunch of the structure out.
We can hope it is sooner.
I guess my screen went bad while the tech was working on it. They were unable to get the apps working, told me I have to wait for the update. But my 2 week old, 400 mile truck gets a new screen already. Glad it went screwy on them and not on me mid trip next week.
Nothing changed, it is at the dealer now. Did get a call back from assistance, they said they are working on an OTA update, should be ready by June....JUNE?!
Not sure on these new ones, but I was able to fix my bosses' 98 pan gasket without pulling the engine or front diff. It was a PITA, but doable. Hope it still is.
Ditched my land line about 25 years ago, after a roommate decided to dial up a bunch of porn sites, as in dial into with a modem (we had internet). He racked up about $400 in a month, yanked that plug. Had just got Nextel for work at the time, so I didn't need the land line anymore.
Still no answers on mine, stopped at the dealer today, it is coming back as all good, but they scheduled it to go in for a full look see on Friday (they were going to take it right then, but I have plans for it tomorrow). Assistance called me back while there, they got nothing, big surprise...
The sudden beam of sunlight the dash lights emitted when I turned the truck off after dark was a shock the first time, but happy to have such bright gauges. The truck I had (03 Nissan Frontier) you could barely see the gauges day or night. They were at the bottom of 3" long black cylinders, so...
I've used it for a lot of things, mostly not for lifting vehicles, but I have twice on the trail. I've used it to raise roofs to replace support posts, lift out T posts, in place of a come-along,... It is handy to have. This is the third vehicle I have had this jack in now.
The rails in the bed can be used to mount so many things, it is sad there aren't more ready made things for them. I used a set of mounts made for Tundra rails, it was between them and the ones made for the Gladiator, the Tundra ones were cheaper and I got an open box deal, so even better. The...
My wife was actually the one to make the final nope on the air ride. The Back Country included running boards (static), and she is happy with those. She can actually get in and out of the truck easier than her car right now.
Did some anti corrosion spraying on it. Hit the battery terminals with the red stuff and some of the underside bolts and bare metal with Fluid Film. I plan to more thoroughly coat it once the weather warms up.
I have a case open on mine, same deal no traffic or weather, no gas prices. The representative I spoke with today mentioned they have others having the same trouble. One odd thing she asked though, "did the dealer tell you it would have these apps?"
So far (5 days) I don't mind the halogens. The Back Country has the blacked out insides, and the light output has been fine. We'll see once I get it out in the country though. I did get LEDs inside as part of the panoramic sunroof though.
