Little trouble yesterday, started getting hyperflash and fault code on left turn signal. Happened 3-4 times. Today ok for now. What do you think? I can try pulling them and putting dielectric grease on the connector but I'm having no problem with the amber lights on DRL, just when I'm using...
This is one of the few times I would get an oil analysis. If its contaminated maybe drop the pan and clean it out. New cam, new oil, run 100 miles and send off for another analysis. If still bad change oil and filter again, and repeat until all clear.
Do a Jscan or Alfawhatever flash for the new tire size on the truck. You may be surprised at the difference as its not just speedo correction but it will impact shift points of the transmission. I went to 295s and thought I turned it into a dog but was very happy after I reprogrammed and my...
You can check Ravenol at Blauparts, they sell kits for differentials and transfer cases. the transfer case ATF synthetic is $33 a liter, ouch. Takes 2 liters, I would verify with them for the 48-12 recommendation. Used to be able to use the same oil for the 48-11 and 48-12 but it seems 2...
I have the turnsignals programmed as DRLs with Jscan. I was very curious to see how the switchbacks took it. I like the way it turned out. Your original switchbacks would probably work the same way.
Posted the pics in 2 different threads but hey I feel obligated here. Very striking, as Dolly Parton would say "It aint easy being sleazy, costs money to look like this!" In my instance well worth the cost, 2 colors, the same light.
Absolutely love the T3 series you graciously allowed me to try. I would buy them in a minute after seeing them perform. I wasn't sure how the dual color worked but I checked this morning . First pic DRL mode, amber, compliments the grill lights perfectly and brighter than factory. 2nd pic...
I want to go to a sub. Can anyone tell me if it would be possible to use the line outputs to an amp for channels 1-2 for the front., run the rear speakers without amplification, and somehow get a signal to run through the amp to power a sub? Would I need some sort of an audio signal splitter?
Shouldn't have much to worry about. I used to put my Jeep in lo range when I had 35s on it to help keep from choking it down when pulling the boat out, launching the boat no problem. Once I got 4.88s it was no problem. With an auto not much to worry about. If the ramp is real steep or slick...
I put some in my truck but don't recall the brand and I can't find where I bought them. they work well, I remember I had to do some cutting inside the plastic pocket
