Can someone with a set measure the width of the boards themselves please? Looking at aftermarket to retain the 3 attachment points and trying to decide between Westin 5” and 7”.
Thanks
I don’t think that’s the Best option for your truck, I think u will find it to be a bit bouncy. I’d recommend swapping that out for nerf, much smoother highway ride for sure.
Curious why u swapped as opposed to just refunding the difference after such rave reviews for what ended up being an H/T tire? Do u have enough miles on the A/T to tell how u like them?
I don’t think I’ve ever seen a thread where everyone agreed on a final answer but I would like to remove that as well, and also the two small fin looking grills. You thinking about color matching the whole piece?
I’ve been going thru the same issue trying to find the sturdiest, but it seems they all mount the same to the rocker panels. This leaves me to looking for good beefy brackets and a quality bar. Oddly enough the Mopar wheel to wheel only has 2 mounting points when all the rest have 3. Doh!
5100’s and ram 1500’s have gone together like PB&J for years and this is the first time I’ve seen anyone even mention a need for new UCA’s. Is this due to a change in the 19+ front end or just now that replacement UCA’s are more readily available?
If you like the Borla sound, just have a shop cut out the old and weld in the Borla of your choice. I had a 14” Borla ProXS installed just like that and “I“ love it.
I agree on the shock not providing lift, I was just saying that’s the one to use if he wants the rear raised an inch, in conjunction with a method of lift.
I believe you have it right. You could gowhatever height in the front and then use the +1 rear shock and raise the rear however you wanted. I believe the ORP rear springs provide a 1” lift?
