I have done at least a dozen heater cores in the 5th gen trucks. I have not seen that oring failure, always an actual core leaking. So many manufacturers use the same design with an oring/crimp seal design, very low failure rate.
It is a new goodwill system they use. There is a catch to goodwill. They will only cover 1 goodwill repair on a vehicle. That means if you engine blows up at 62k miles, there is no option for goodwill.

The OP truck needs either an auxiliary battery or the main fuse, i bet the battery. I have personally replaced no less than 6 batteries on the 2025 DT for this exact code.
