Aux battery has a high failure rate. Stellantis has learned nothing from their past and using 2 batteries.

I have done at least a dozen heater cores in the 5th gen trucks. I have not seen that oring failure, always an actual core leaking. So many manufacturers use the same design with an oring/crimp seal design, very low failure rate.

2019 Year trucks have been added for the recall completion. No word on the other years as of yet.

LAZY, that is the answer. It takes less than 2 minutes to check for the wires.

It is a new goodwill system they use. There is a catch to goodwill. They will only cover 1 goodwill repair on a vehicle. That means if you engine blows up at 62k miles, there is no option for goodwill.

Imagine all this huffing and puffing over a bad auxiliary battery. Then people who think dealers just delete options....the internet is a great place, full of misinformation and keyboard warriors.

You purchased a service contract, failed to read what is not covered by the contract. You not understanding that is on you. Like others have said, try to get it goodwill coverage.

If your wiring harness is the number I provided, you will be good.

Your 2500 software is available, the 1500 software is not available.

Of course they will deny a claim on a vehicle that is out of warranty.
