Leather seat protector for baby carseat??

When my kids were small, I just used a large terry cloth bath towel. It protected the seat and also caught anything that was spilled or spit up. You can easily throw it in the washer every couple of weeks.

    Dodgy dealer

When I read this first post I thought right away I NEVER would have accepted the truck in the first place. Brand new trucks and body shops don't mix in my opinion. When the word "resprayed" appeared, that spelled trouble in my opinion. It just creates another set of problems. There are many...

    Windshield wipers...

I don't have them, but on my wife's Grand Cherokee the headlight switch must be in "auto" and the wiper switch must be turned on, in the intermittent range, then the wipers come on automatically.

    Chirp/Squeak Noise

I had a squeak like that and it turned out to be the tailgate latches. I just happened to notice when the tailgate was open, they were dry and covered with rust powder. A little white grease and the squeak was gone.

    The better WARRANTY????

You do realize you are only really getting 2 YEARS for that $2247 since the first 3 years/36K bumper to bumper comes with the truck, not to mention the 5 year/60K powertrain coverage. Your plan doesn't kick in until then. I would check with your regular insurance company about the Gap. They...

    OE tire pressures

I have the Bridgestone Duelers 275/55/R20 tires. The dealer had them at 36 PSI all around when I got the truck. I noticed the front tires feathering like the OP mentioned too, especially on the left side tire. I raised the front pressure to 41 PSI and it seemed to help slow down the wear. I had...

    Mirror Dimming Not Working

The passenger side outside mirror does NOT dim on the Bighorn. I think you need certain option groups, like Level 2 Equipment group to even get the driver side dim like you have. It was listed as part of the Black Appearance package when I ordered mine. I believe both sides dim on higher trims...

How to remedy carpet smell? From spoiled milk.

We had a carton of milk leak in my wife's car and what finally worked was rubbing alcohol in a spray bottle (an old windex bottle will work). It will get in cracks and crevices and will kill the bacteria, which is causing the smell. You will probably need to spray it a few times over several...

    Right Front Chirp/Squeak

Try lubing the hood latch and putting some silicone or similar dressing on the hood bumper stops.

    Black Appearance package interior accents

I also have the black headliner vs the cream colored one you get with the 2 tone grey interior. My interior is black according to the build sheet too.

    Black Appearance package interior accents

I have had my Bighorn with the Black Appearance Package for 8 months now. I noticed when I got it that one of the items in the package was "black interior accents". I have looked at many other Bighorns since then in various other colors, and I can't spot anything different in their interiors...

    Headlight accent light out.

Unless you drove it over 36000 miles, your 3 year/36000 mile warranty should cover it. It shouldn't cost you anything.

    Very dimly lit dash panel

It gets really dim if your headlights come on when it isn't really dark out. I notice this especially when the wipers are on during the day. I have the setting turned on for lights on with wipers, so it is expected I guess.
