Noticed a very very very veryyyyyy small what seems to be a split end when u lowered my spare the other day to put air in it. Didnt think much of it til now, should I be concern and have it replace? ☠️ it was just a little piece of steel wire sticking out about 1-2mm or so.

mines also ticks for about 15-30sec depending on how much of a "Cold start" it is but yeah i dont think its an exhaust leak ill try to look at the flanges somtimes tmrw or so to double check

mine got ceramic coated from a local shop that does those high heat resistant coating as well

I recently got those afe headers. The only thing about those headers is on every cold start you will hear ticks, at first I though it was leaking but after many hrs of checking, smoke test, reinstalling, new gaskets etc It appears it is just how it sounds.

Thats crazy im having the same issue, i always think about it while going down the highway. Mine hangs up very similarly to yours as well.

Considering replacing the whole thing but I got a full hood ppf (under the trim piece) don't know if by replacing it I would end up damaging the ppf so that's my dilemma 😩

That's interesting, I told my dealer to look at it and they told me everything seem normal. I kept bugging them and they're now saying it may be the manifold gasket, they're popping it in soon and I should know once they remove the manifold in a few weeks lol
