Yes.
Going north.
Left El Paso at noon. Overnight in Colorado Springs, CO--->Belgrade, MT--->Whitecourt, Al---->Fort Nelson, BC---Haines Junction, YT---->got to Anchorage around 3PM. I wanbted to spend the night in Whitehorse, but EVERY hotel was booked for something. Hauled *** to Haines...
Just addressing this. I did El Paso to Anchorage and back. 2008 going north and 2012 going south. It was maybe a 4 and a half day drive really taking my time getting a hotel early, grabbing dinner/beer, etc.
I went I25/90 north then over to I15 and entered Canada through Montana, went...
I put in LED fogs yesterday. Not Lasfit. I don't think I'll have any problems there. I kept the low and high beams as halogen, but changed to Silverstar Ultras which I've had on other trucks.
I did try to install Lasfit turn signals. T-7443A-CK. Hyperflash and errors on my 21 so I'm going...
Note that I'm only going off of what I've read here to assume that the 275/60/20s will fit. That and making an educated guess that only an inch in diameter won't cause many problems. No idea which wheel flavors will be optimal for you, but I'm sure someone will chime in soon.
Good tire size...
So i was about to **** with you for the British spelling, but I guess you earned it.
Me personally, I'm keeping the black OEM rims even though I'm not a huge 20" fan. Before winter, i'll put on a set of either D or E rated 275/60/20 in the following preference of tire-Falken A/T3W, Toyo AT3...
Used AlphaOBD to change the DRL location to the turn signals. Halogen not LED lights.
AlphaOBD for windows isn't exactly user friendly, but I had a spare laptop and no spare android thingies.
Now I just need to try to find a cooler(in temperature) turn signal bulb. I had a previous truck...
This is average per the computer as of today. It is within 0.4 MPG of hand calculated mileage at each fillup. After the next tank, I'm probably going to quit hand calculating and call the computer damn close enough.
Still bone stock as far as fluids and running gear. Mix of hilly 45 mph...
In the grand scheme of things they're just a rubber mat. Anything will do.
As they were on sale for $89, I bought a Husky mat when I picked up my truck last month. https://www.huskyliners.com/Heavy-Duty-Bed-Mats/2021/ram/1500/bed-length/6'-4%22/ram-box/my-truck-does-not-have-the-rambox
Before I retired, my last 3 government vehicles were Rams with the 3.6. Thoroughly abused and neglected, but kept running fine with plenty of available power and great fuel mileage for a full size.
Soft roll up cover for me. If I need to use the bed of the truck, I typically need the whole bed.
Hard covers do not allow that without removing, retractable covers have a huge box in the front of the bed, and folding covers are similar to hard covers in their utility.
Practical addition. Added tow hooks. Having something to attach to comes in handy at times.
Hat tip to the OP of this post for the part numbers. https://5thgenrams.com/community/threads/front-tow-hooks.30607/
All parts from Rock Auto were OEM Mopar.
Everyone in California will die of cancer before then.
Got a tonneau cover from Truxedo last week. Yep, just like everything else, it causes cancer in California.

As already mentioned CAT works. Pretty user friendly too.
If not there, then some feed & grain places, scrap yards, and moving companies have them
If you're near an active duty military base, there are likely scales as well for people doing DITY moves...
So I'm sure it is a joke post, but for the most part rust is preventable. Especially frame rust like the Tacomas. I just traded in my 13 year old Tacoma-not a speck of rust other than on the hitch.
Body panel rust is a little more difficult as you have to get in between the seems, inside...
So today in opposite world, I replaced the donut with a spare tire that is larger than my other four.
Will put 275/60/20s on the four this summer. Got a matching used rim off of fleabay.
