I have been waiting for Borla to confirm fitment as well, before I order the Touring system.
Seems odd to me that the Magnaflow system will fit either truck, 5.7' and 6.4' bed lengths - but Borla says something different.
I emailed Borla several weeks ago and was told they will "most likely" offer an extension pipe in 2019 for the 6.4 bed. I wouldn't assume the systems are the same, and reach out to the manufacturer before buying one.
I would put the Toyo Open Country AT's on your list. Toyo also has a Highway tire in the Open Country line that are great for highway/city driving, but not too good in the dirt.
Avoid E rated tires. They are more suited for heavy-duty trucks. Great for towing/payload, but not very forgiving on...
Looking for aftermarket wheels, bronze color to go with my brown truck. I hate black wheels, and not all that fond of chrome. I will most likely mount some 275/20/60 AT tires on them. No lift or level, just the off-road package, and air suspension.
Could you elaborate on this please? I see you have the offroad package. So do I, and I've just started to research tire/wheel options to run in the summer months.
I suppose that's possible....... Sure seemed to be fully booted with everything up and running though. Point being, if three belt click cycles do not work for you, don't give up. Try a few more.
I tried the procedure as described above several times. Would not disable the chime. I then got irritated and buckled/unbuckled ten times. Chime disabled after that...... No idea how many times one has to buckle/unbuckle, but three was not enough in my truck. I have a Longhorn with the 12"...
I am disappointed to say that I have to be the turd in the punch bowl, and drop off the group buy list. Borla will not have a system for the 6' 4" bed trucks for a while yet. This is the response I got from Borla when I asked about a system or part number for the longer bed trucks......
"We...
If Borla releases a part number for my truck (6'4" bed, crew cab) I am still in. If not, it's pointless to stay on the list. I find it odd they don't already have a system. One inlet pipe, a few inches longer is all that's needed.
I'm also an Alaskan. I always run two sets of wheels and tires. My preferred winter tire is the Blizzak. The directional models are great in slush too.
