I've had it happen intermittently when my sensors have been dirty. A quick wipe seems to fix the issue for me, even if they don't seem dirty. Maybe it is the angle of the driveway combined with a small amount of dirt on them.

Nope, nothing has been installed. It just came loose from somewhere. Last dealer visit was over a month ago to get the bed liner sprayed in and the computer needed to be updated.

I also have this noise when backing up the cold truck. I'm at 2k miles. Pretty loud sometimes.

After getting that update installed mine still makes the noise as well. I wish there was a way to see if the update got applied or not. If it should correct it and it hasn't it makes me wonder if the update didn't take or wasn't installed correctly.

I think I'm getting the picture here not to worry about it. :)

My guess is they did that so it isn't so bright for the driver behind you. I think they may have left some interior llights that way as well because it is a softer light.
