This FAQ addresses the issues on the forum concerning the ECO light.
What is the ECO light?
The general consensus on the forums is that the ECO light only indicates when your engine is running in Multi-Displacement System (MDS) mode, and the status of this light doesn't affect the engagement of...
This has been discussed here:

Someone even posted a video of the noise. Check it out.
I think moisture does contribute to it. I noticed mine on cold mornings after the truck was in wet or damp conditions before I parked it. So when I took mine to the dealer I knew they would want to hear it for themselves, so I ran it through the car wash just before I dropped it off. The next...
The uconnect app and the Ram app both remote start and lock my vehicle through my phone. Works with both Android and Apple but your truck needs to have WiFi.
My as well. Not bad, but a thud non the less. I will have to try the window thing. If I can’t roll them up, next time I go to my dealer I will have them look at the mirrors. They are really good about taking care of stuff I point out to them.
Dealer just replaced my front and rear pads and rotors. Pads are the new design. They used the Star case number floating around here. I'll let you know in a few days if it worked after I back up with it a few mornings. Sounded just like the video posted in this topic. Hopefully this took...
I’ll find out more tomorrow, my dealer did hear the noise when backing up and they have been in talks with Mopar. I’ll post what they did if it works. They told me it would take 2 hours to do the work.
I had a rattle when hitting bumps in the road sometimes. Almost sounded like it was coming from the back window area. Turned out to be the seatbelts. I pushed them tightly against the loops and the rattle stopped. Instead of being cushioned against the loop they were just barely tapping the...
Most of my noise went away when they did the update in TSB 08-88-018. The dates in the TSB didn’t match my build date but my dealer applied the update anyway. You may want to check that out if you haven’t.
I don't know how well they work, but a quick internet search found this type of product:
http://completelykeyless.com/premium-bluetooth-keyless/
It allows you to use the bluetooth on your phone as the proximity lock/unlock.
Mine goes in tomorrow to have this looked at. I messaged RamCares about the issue and they sent me a STAR case number, which I gave the dealer for tomorrow. RamCares thought it may apply to my situation and it only addresses the front brakes. They said they are working on one for the rear brakes.
I'd like to help, but as I sit here thinking about it, we need frequent questions that have known correct answers. Otherwise it is just re-posting forum discussions. I'm thinking of my own example, my brakes squeal aweful when going in reverse when the truck is cold. I contacted RamCares...
It is easy to blame people for not searching but that will never stop, people are the way they are. I think a better solution is to keep the forum topics to as few pages as possible. I think when people see 8 or more pages they don't take the time to read through everything. It would be nice...
