According to Sharkbite's website, that sku has a "Minimum working temperature 33°F at 160 psi. Maximum working temperature 200°F at 80 psi."

So this may not be sufficient. Unfortunately, after ordering the Muzzy's kit...
Wait, WHAT??? Reading all the baseless warnings on here, I can't believe they didn't void your warranty and set your truck on fire for daring to install crazy mods like a catch can and quick drain valve. It just isn't possible!!
In all seriousness, it's nice to hear a good dealer service...
If properly installed, the hack cannot interfere with engine cooling in a properly functioning system. Did you bleed/burp the system afterward? Merely replacing lost coolant doesn't address air pockets in the system which could impede the water pump's ability to move coolant.
I haven't had any download failures, but it's a REALLY slow process. Unless you're somewhere that you need a video immediately and don't have access to a computer, it's much easier and faster to pull the memory card.
I also noticed early on that it seems using live view on your phone...
All the talk about carrying emergency gear has made me revisit this. I've seen various threads where people talk about having a fire extinguisher in their trucks, but very few posts about how and where it was mounted/stored for quick access. Compared to my 3rd gen, there are fewer available...
Yeah, I just bought in March, and even with an 838 FICO score, still couldn't do better than 6.7%. I made me sick to think that was costing me more than I could make back in a high-yield savings account, so I hammered it away in 3 big chunks. The truck looks even more beautiful to me now that...
Just in case someone here might not know, if your truck is equipped with laminated acoustic glass in the front doors, you would need to break the back door glass to get out. I know the Limiteds fall into this category; not sure about other trim levels.
I have a few cracks in the frame. So far, I've only found a relatively small leak from the crack at the top passenger corner. Got my Permatex the other day and planning on sealing the whole top of the window this weekend. The class action is a good step. On top of that, there have absolutely...
Wow! The FCA attorney is a slimy liar. The court should subpoena records from FCA of the thousands of windows they actually HAVE replaced for this very issue - whether under warranty or customer-pay - along with the many repairs for the ruined RF hubs that left people stranded. ALL of those...
This may be a good time for a reminder that the default recording resolution is 2k. You need to go into the settings in the app and change it to 4k (assuming that's what you want). It naturally uses more storage, but the quality is way better, especially when you're trying to make out license...
He did mention a few posts up that is started right after getting the tires rotated. I still suspect wheel speed sensor got bumped, which could have knocked a cable loose, moved it out of position, damaged it, etc. Just speculation, of course, but a good place to start. I'd also be checking...
Grabbed a 2-pack to make sure I could make it from shoulder to shoulder. I also picked up a gasket kit (based on the recommendations here) for the CHMSL, just in case.

Well, I finally finished reading this entire thread after buying the truck in March (3 months tomorrow). Yes, all 1667 pages in 3 months (though I admit I skipped over some of the pi$$ing contests and endless posts about decals). I wanted to make sure I saw how well some of these mods aged...
Can confirm, at least on my truck with the "B" style housing. Used professional panel pry tools, took my time, and still ended up inverting the vampire teeth on two of the metal clips as they pulled off the blades instead of popping out of the slots. Carefully bent them back and reinstalled...
Has anyone had any issue with their cameras dropping back to 2k for several loops, then returning to 4k? In the 6.5 hours of footage on my current card, I've had it happen on two occasions, right in the middle of a drive. The first time, it dropped to 2k and stayed that way until the truck...
