what mods did you have to do to the 93ix's? thinking of upgrading my speakers the same way. Did you use wire adapters and, if so, what kind did you use? Thanks
Do you have any pictures of your dash cover? We have just received the DashMat Original cover and are not happy with its looks at all. We have the Ultimate on our 2018 and it's great but they don't make them for Gen 5 trucks.
After I leave the truck, the horn honks three times: no issue. The problem is that I can't (that I am aware of, just tried the door lock button) lock the doors with the truck running and the fob out.
My in channel vents lasted about 2 1/2 years before one of them lost some of its adhesion. Sometimes it won't allow the window to be fully closed without help. They are very noisy, so I didn't put them on our new truck. Having dogs, we let our truck run with the AC on to keep them cool. We could...
I think he Gatorback mud flaps are the only way to go. We have a 1 1/2 mile dirt drive to travel every time we leave the house. The Gatorbacks keep the sides of my truck cleaner than any mud flap I have ever owned.
The screen said it was connected but nothing worked. Once they got it working, we left and did some shopping. The phone wouldn't work so we headed back to the dealer. For us, the phone had to be paired several times before it started to work correctly. It must be a common issue because the...
After two trips to the dealership and with the assistance of three personnel we were finally able to get the phone paired with the radio and verify it worked as it should. Ram would have been better off leaving the 8.4 the same as far as coordination with a smart phone. Two men in their...
Had a 2" level kit installed today. Should be about done with add ons. Need to get good year round shoes that don't mind the snow and debating putting on Clazzio seat covers.
We live in a society where numerous people do not respect other's property. Vehicles getting keyed, paint "dressed" up with a file, tires flattened, and polluted additives put in gas tanks , not to mention what is stolen; all unsolicited or provoked. Why can't Ram protect our vehicles?
My fuel door opens with the truck locked. Very poor design as anyone can put debris/sugar into the gas tank. Will buy the locking cap from Geno's garage. Not worried about losing the key as I've had a locking cap on my trucks for over 16 years now without a problem. Just put the key in the glove...
Picked up our new truck today and we are loving it. The trip back home was about 100 miles so we got some behind the wheel time. It a cover for the front carpet over the hump as the factory all weather mats ignore this. Tomorrow, I plan on installing the running boards and Gatorback mud flaps...
Ordered our truck on May2 and received word from Ram on May 26th that. it had been shipped to the dealer. 1500 Big Horn Quad cab, V-6, 4X4, Level 2 pkg, protection group, Alpine, rear wheel liners, Bed protection group, trailer brake control, Hydro Blue. Need to get a tonneau cover (Leer HF 350...
We have the 6.4 in or 3/4 ton and had the 5.7 in our last one ton. Love them both but we're after the best mileage in this truck as it will be our "car". Had the V-6 in our Grand Cherokee and it went 135K trouble free miles when we sold it. Love the Hemi deep throated rumble when your foot gets...
Today we received an order number so that must mean Ram accepted our desired build. This old man has been forced to learn patience through the years but we'll see how that helps with this truck. Gives me plenty of time to research accessories.
How long have you had them installed? Did they increase the level of the front end? Watched a YouTube video this morning that showed the damage done to the upper bushing and shock rod from using the 2" lift puck. Thanks
