I just took it to the dealer to get installed. It did require drilling one hole, but I did not have a right-angle drill that could fit in between the tire and fender. You would have to have a small form factor drill or take off the tire to do it otherwise.

No real issues with it so far and around 10.5K miles.

After a long drive tires are 53-55PSI, but when very cold they start out around 47-49PSI.
