I'm looking for something like that. I got factory ones, but I want ones that stick out more and are black compared to factory. I'm going to dealership this upcoming week and will talk with the parts person about that and the Mopar RAM intake.
I'm wondering if anyone has put in a custom sub installation in a QuadCab...specifically a Rebel? Having thoughts of getting 2 8's or 2 10's for under the rear seats. This is with the Alpine system and E-Torque so I wonder how the electrical system would take a hit with another amp.
I would...
How can someone miss such a big vehicle is beyond me... I absolutely hate walking up to my vehicle and seeing damage from people opening car doors into side of it.
Looking at the truck it seems to have performed well in the crash as the cabin area was somewhat secure still and not crumpled. Sorry to hear that the other driver was killed.
I was involved in a head-on that was the equivalent to hitting a brick wall at 100mph in an '89 Dodge Daytona and was...
I just took it to the dealer to get installed. It did require drilling one hole, but I did not have a right-angle drill that could fit in between the tire and fender. You would have to have a small form factor drill or take off the tire to do it otherwise.
I entered my VIN # in at the Dodge website and it listed my Truck max payload at 1,820 and max towing at 11,330. I will be towing a 20-21ft Stingray I/O boat for quite a ways, but I have not towed before in this Rebel.
I'm looking at ball hitches, and was thinking of going with a Reese one, but...
I did not install the Gators...had dealership do it b/c I did not have a drill that could fit in the space between the tire and quarter panels. I need to get a right angle drill eventually.
But there are 3-4 holes in each flap and an extra that you have to drill through plastic I believe, and...
With mine the reoccurring theme is: First time out in the truck for the day and when its cold. That's when I get the Blue screen. Afterward it works fine.
Edit: Mine displayed Green yesterday morning so I will be taking it into dealership next week.
When I'm calculating gas mileage I always reset the trip meter and the fuel economy, and then the measurements start. If I have been driving in city/hwy and starting/stopping due to shopping, and then attempt measurement then it will be off and incorrect.
Something I have noticed. When I run...
This morning my backup camera just showed a black screen for 2-3 seconds and then a bluescreen when backing up. This was after I remote started the vehicle. After I went to the store and put it in reverse the camera worked fine.
This is the 2n'd time it has occurred.
I would mention to the lawyer about going to the local news station and have them run the story on the dealership if necessary. Last thing they want is bad publicity.
However, I looked up Jim Glover Ram from Oklahoma and it has a 4.7 out of 5 rating so this strange(front license plate in picture).
I had a similar issue in my '12 Mustang shortly after I purchased it I came in to a small puddle on passenger side floorboard. I found the issue after removing the cowl to reach the cabin filter there is a rubber grommet on both sides. The passenger side was was installed backwards!! I pulled...
Just this week after I decided to change over to 89 Octane from 87 I noticed a ticking noise start on the engine during idle once it is warmed up. It is not a constant noise, but every few seconds. I cannot hear it at any other time during driving or starting so hoping this is nothing to worry...
