Dropped it off yesterday looks like it was the rear window seal according to the dealership technician. I’m getting a rental on Ram and they will probably have my truck to me by Wednesday as they have the parts in stock.
I will, anything that needs to be replaced needs to be replaced and I should be given a loaner in the meantime. I didn’t find anything in the headliner but the carpet was soaked.
I understand I work in manufacturing and I see it all the time. It’s the sad reality especially with a newer model/design. Thankfully the dealership will be looking at my truck this Friday at 10 am. Diagnose and hopefully resolve the issue.
I understand but my point is there is a certain level of quality you expect when you buy a top of the line model. All cars should come with good quality but when you pay the high price tag it should come with peace of mind because you pay for better interior materials and better features. Either...
Its basically gone now. It was there this morning but I will definitely check my truck in the morning as we will be getting more rain in the coming months.
Hey guys so I post here from time to time I have a 2019 Ram 1500 Limited 4x4, have owned it since September 2019 with no huge issues and it’s been a dream of a truck. However we had a lot of rain a few nights ago and today when I got in to drive I noticed condensation on the window but it was...

Hey guys,
Been a while since I posted but yesterday in the sunlight I noticed my Ram limited interior trim had what looked like a scratch. I’m talking about the metal that goes around the driver side AC vent. If you look at the picture below it’s at the top left side of the finish. Is this...
Yes it is. The only rattle I hear now is when I have the music really loud from the rear speakers. But I’ve heard that’s a common issue with the HK system!
Th
That is how my rattle was too. It was basically the plastic rubbing off with a component in the 12” screen. The tech also told me that’s it takes a few thousand miles for your dash to “settle” whatever that means! I actually had a video on my other post of the rattle but have since deleted it :/
