They did ship mine in two different shipments. I got the first package yesterday and there were only two spacers in there. I should get the other two today.

Here's a picture of the middle shutter vs the others. It doesn't look like the motor has an arm, rather the middle shutter has what looks like a gear end so that when the motor opens and closes, the middle shutter is what powers the rest. Point being, I think the middle shutter needs to stay on...
Here are a few pictures of how it looks and the route I went to remove the shutters. When you remove the plastic piece that says RAM covering the radiator, there was enough room to get my arm pretty much all the way down.

All but two. I left the top and middle ones. If I can remember tomorrow, I'll snap some pictures. I just received my replacement Vararam today actually so I'm going to install that tomorrow anyway.

Keep in mind, once the shutters close, it effectively eliminates the benefit of a ram air type intake. I felt a difference when I got removed them. I could always tell when the shutters closed because the truck pulled a little harder, then died out a little again.

I just got a shipping notification for mine, so they should be here tomorrow I believe. How well do spacers hold up off-roading? I don't really have anywhere to do serious venturing but if I do I want to make sure they'll hold up.

I took mine off and may sell it. My transmission seems to get real sloppy with it on in the lower gears. Ever since I took it off I've had better low speed shifting. Not a huge issue, I just find it annoying. It worked as designed otherwise.

The eco setting basically requires more throttle input to get the desired acceleration than stock. The point of the PC is to make the truck more responsive at all positions, so don't have to just be mashing the pedal to get any benefit from it.

I didn't end up removing the grille. Luckily, the Rebel grille has a gap that I was able to slip my arm through and remove the shutters without having to remove the grille.

If true, that's awesome. The only hurdle is disassembling the grille which seemed like a pain in the *** when I first attempted lol.
