Mine did this when the adjusting collar at the top was threaded at an angel. I had to compress the coil, loosen the set screw, and whack it around until it was straight. At least that’s the advice accutune gave me to avoid sending them in. Check and make sure yours is seated properly just in case.
Had to buy the whole grill to do it factory, boss. The rebel grill doesn’t have removable badging. You can fab something for cheap or spend the cash for a 21+ grill, your call. For what it’s worth I sold my factory grill for 300 and spent 450 on the replacement. Worth the 150 to me.
Also, ran into this recently too.

Can’t vouch at all for them. Just a link I ran across.
No coverage for the fuel filter unless you get the cat protectors. I haven’t at this point but am considering it. Only drawback I see at that point is the fuel filter change will take longer, as will the oil change since I’d have to remove the entire skid to get at it all. I dunno, still...
Thanks again for the plug. Install was smooth other than missing the m10 nuts. ended up with the wrong hardware packets I guess. Had to raid the spares bin.
Installing the trans and transfer units after I wrap up my ppe transmission pan swap. (y)
Thanks for the info. I'd missed this product.
Did it settle your front end much? I'm on a 550lb spring with my 2.5s and wonder if it'll drop it much. Looks like 102lbs or 40ish for just the front.
I'm not sure that my opinion on the EOC tune package would be too relevant these days. From what I've discussed with a few others that use their stage 2 and 1 software everything regarding my tune is obsolete, and more importantly, it's been mentioned publically that the tune I received really...
GDE has a version of their trans tune that cuts out the 3-4 and 4-5 flutter.
I've had mine since the first week they offered it for the 3rd gen and drove up for dyno testing in beta. After a recent update from them the shift flutter drove me nuts. Their first few versions didn't do that. Spoke...
Heads up for anyone that stumbles onto this in search of a BCM swap solution. 19-20 uses a different rotary shifter part number. You will need a 21+ unit to keep your 4wd/axle lock/hill decent in operation.
I missed that mine wasn't functioning after the swap until I went to use it. Didn't...
Adding to this that the bolt is a 4mm allen. Mine was installed with the bolt at the top and I couldn't find what type of fitting it was...tried a million things until I put a mirror up there and figured it out. Rotated the bolt to the rear on reinstall.
This is at 50k with all cheap and truck...
I torqued the lca bolts to spec. The sway bar nuts I put at 75lbs give or take a little. Hard to get in there with a torque wrench. Had to do some rigging of equipment...
Mine kept loosening up after a few miles with their nylock nuts torqued to spec. Always came loose at the sway bar end, not the lca. Put some blue loctite on them, torqued to 75lbs, no issues in around 4k miles.
Knock on wood.
