Have you driven yours much since the changes? Mines been in the garage without any miles or key cycles. Looking at the connectors on dcctools there should be signals avaible to the new door module to enable these features. Perhaps a bcm update? I haven't been into the dealer in over a year.

It was conveyed to me the tuning is the same for both Ram and Jeep post tune. In stock form there is a difference in the shift logic, with the Ram already favoring higher shift points when cold. The Jeep does not do this from the factory.
