I believe the shaft angles to be acceptable but I also would not want any more than this. Any higher lift is going to require bracketry and spacing the center section down.
I think you already know the answer to the warranty question.
Seems as if you already made up your mind. Do what you want instead of begging to be talked in to something.
I have never owned a ram or chevy truck. I hated them both. I love this ram and while a few folks have some issues...mine has been flawless and never been back to the dealer.
Its...
Im still not sure what the attraction is to this brand. Sounds like an 80s chevy with poppy exhaust anyway. Youre not the first to complain about fitment. Looks like the hangers are the problem to me, the can slide back and forth in the rubber isolators
Swapped one wire to the correct pin and that did the trick. Thanks everyone.
In case this can help someone else down the road I took a pic of the mistake in the instructions. The pin marked 16 in the photo is not #16. The connector is clearly marked 1-12 on one row and 13-24 on the other. The...
I am very interested in what Mazda has done and I will be watching it for quite a few years before concluding whether I like it or not. I mean the rotary engine is cool and all but......
It's probably not going to be any of those mentioned. I'm not exactly sure but it's probably more along the lines of Donaldson, Magneti-Marelli, Champion, etc. And they can change at any time. FCA probably sources different part numbers from different manufacturers. Magneti-Marelli is owned...
If you level the front of the truck, then you will be wanting air bags in the rear to keep it level when towing. A WDH isn't going to do enough to keep it level. Either than or add rear spring spacers, but then it won't be level when unloaded. I've always had rear airbags on my trucks...
I'm sure it's one of the pins. I noticed on the instructions it calls for a wire in Pin #16 to be replaced, but if you follow the visual aid it shows replacing a different pin. I followed the visual aid (photo). I think if I switch to the actual pin 16 it will fix the issue. Thanks.
has anyone pushed and held the button on the left side light, while the truck is off and all lights off? I did, and it makes the 4 way flashers blink as long as the button is pushed. Normal? I was hoping to be able to turn those lights off and on at will.
Why don't you just use a ball mount mount with the proper drop? There are many types of ball mounts that slide in to the factory receiver (hitch) with different drops and lengths. Go to www.etrailer.com and look around to get an idea.
Thanks to a very nice member here, I snagged a good deal on a Ready Lift 3.5” kit. I did the install by myself in my garage. Since I already had a leveling spring spacer installed I left it and didnt use the aluminum one in the kit. Frankly I prefer the steel for that part anyway. They were...
