Hello Lydia my truck was built on march 2018 and it does that very same noise and it not within those build dates on the bulletin. what should I do?

they do have a fix they there is a TSB for it, it has been out for a while and it is the solution to the problem. it has been documented on here before I have told different people in this thread already and it works every time, there is exceptions but it is the dealer that they lie about...

I could not agree more! it is mind blowing that obviously we all have the same issue and it is a defect that for some of us is a big deal! hopefully @RamCares will report this to ram engineers and can come up with something to get this fixed ASAP! I couldn't imagine how painful it must be from...

I know! it is crazy how much we pay for these things and we get a semi cool A/C system... and then the difference on temps between the vents! it's insane! but oh well I hope @RamCares can spread the word and make our hard earned money worth while..

Hi Lydia, I am having the same issue 10 degree difference of the temps from passenger and driver vents the coolest I've been able to record is 55 degrees. I live in Texas and the temps are very hot here, no disrespect but it seems like a lot of these fine people here are experiencing the same...
