Never going to track it. I have a 120 mile round trip to work that I only have to make once or twice a week these days. It’s long wide open curves and low traffic - $1700 just for parts is still pretty nuts - not sure if the 2018 parts fit the 2020 ... might be why they are discount (?)
Hey all,
I “stumbled” onto a wide body challenger and out of WTF asked what they would offer for my 2019 Honda Accord 2.0 turbo 6spd. They offered what I paid for it so I was getting ready to sign up for the Challenger and be the newest member to the duo Hemi club when I asked the service...
I’m very happy for you that you like your tires and find them quiet. That’s largely because they are more of a road tire than a dedicated snow tire. The Faulkens that came with the ORG were a perfect balance of snow and road. So I got good mpg with them but they also kicked *** in the rough...
I’m with you. I’m in New England and I have a loaded Laramie with ORG that I love. I’m torn between a challenger and the TRX. But I’m not paying MSRP and I think after the first year the TRX will mellow and I’ll save big - besides I want to see how it goes for the first year owners
My 2019 ORG...
I’m a FAulken man now. I ran Coopers my whole life and they are phenomenal. But the Faulkens have been fantastic and lasted 35k miles. Just got the new A/Ts which are a bit more meaty than the previous version
COOPER all the way. Longer lasting than BFG and harder rubber. Great in snow and heavy mud but nothing substitutes driving skills, judgement, and tire placement
it did make me want to carry a floor jack in the bed :)

Firet let me compliment your handle :)
Thank you for the well thought out answer. Very comprehensive. I’m in the same boat. Expensive bikes and gear but I’m in my 40s now and while I don’t mind just putting the seats up in the second row and catching sleep there, my honey and my...
PHFT -
just curious why you didn’t just get a cap and out the roof tent on top? All the gladiators and pickups I see are going with a rack in the back instead of a cap which can easily hold a tent and people. Those racks are pricey and your gear would be more protected and secure
just curious...
allow me to add, I bought a sexy looking Honda Accord sport 2.0 manual that does 65 in second gear and it’s sweet spot is 85-100 in third. It’s a 6spd. I never thought Honda could make a sexy car but I love it and even when I’m hammering on it, she gets 29mpg. It has as much room as a Mercedes S...
I see your point and I think the same is true for the Tacoma. Ford has better resale than RAM but I think that will be less true in the future due to RAM design quality and FORD pricing being so much higher. There’s always deals to be had though if you can wait :)
Hey all,
just thought I’d share. I picked up this rack on discount. It’s adjustable and has a reasonable weight limit. It’s a bit shorter than I thought it should be but it will clear a boat over the roof.
No loss at all from mpg and assembly is pretty easy. Easy on and easy off...
I would have picked one up for $60k but there isn’t a car on the planet worth more than that or even that. I have 33k on my Laramie ORG fully loaded with all the goodies. Listed for $62 and I paid 48 off the lot
In a few years they will sell for 40s regardless of options
just look at the...
I was offered 6 months for 30bucks then the next 6 months for $120 or $20 a month.
I’m likely to take it as we use it a lot and I have about a million songs on my phone but I still go back to XMS
He said on the phone today I can cancel after the first 6 months (wink wink)
mine expires on...
Being understanding is not the same as being affable. I like the owner and trust that he will take care of me and this won’t get ugly or personal in any fashion. He’s on it and I look forward to getting back.
The most reliable car I ever had was a brand new Volvo C70 1998 HPT - after about 12k...
