That’s definitely what that setting is supposed to do, and is what it does on my truck- if you turn on, say, the left turn signal, then the left signature lamp will turn off while the left turn signal is flashing.
There’s some responses to this that are referring to two separate functions- the auto comfort setting in the radio (never, remote start, all starts), and auto climate controls.
The auto comfort setting strictly deals with the heated steering wheel, and the driver heated/ventilated seat...
Go into the alfaobd settings and check the box for do not verify ECU.
When you connect to the body computer, choose DT 2022+ powernet.
The setting is in car configuration change-
Radio & Connectivity: Head Unit Screen Size
Try this instead:
Connect to body computer > car configuration change > Radio & Connectivity > Head Unit Screen Size > change it to R1 12.3’ 1920x720.
Then reboot the radio twice.
Set the gridlines to dynamic, and verify they work, then make sure to shut truck off and restart and check again...
If you install a dasm on a truck that hasn’t had one, it’ll need to be aligned by the dealer.
If the dasm is used, you have to make sure they follow these instructions...
It appears JScan is missing the setting that you actually need- “switch 3-6 option”.
Try searching for it in modules > body controller > configuration > search for CSM1 and find that setting.
If it’s not there, you’ll either have to use alfaobd to do it, or let JScan know they need to add it.
That’s the blind spot trailer length detection, and a trailer doesn’t need to be hooked up for it to detect what it thinks might be a trailer behind the truck. Was there a vehicle following close behind you?
Edit that line so it reads 6201484054021C550A1512.
Then, perform the restore configuration from backup file using that new edited backup file.
After that, reboot the radio twice in a row by pressing and holding the power button on the left radio knob for 15 seconds.
Your front psi thresholds are set for 55, and the rears are set for 45. The low tire warning sets at 20% below those thresholds.
What you see on your screen means that, at some point, the front left tire fell below 44 to trigger the low tire warning, then raised back up a few pounds with heat...
Not possible. The feature you are describing is called cornering lamps. They come from the fog lamps, and the cornering feature can only work when the fog lamps are not on.
Same as above, but you might possibly have a different feature that you are seeing because your truck has adaptive...
That’s going to be normal because you don’t have a dual zone hvac box. You probably have 5 codes stored in the hvac module- 1 for the missing passenger side blend door actuator, and 4 for the 4 missing in-duct temperature sensors.
This is because the only way to have auto climate control work...
Another option for 2019-2020 owners is I can flash their existing BCM into a 2022 BCM (if they can go with not driving their truck for a few days). It’ll save on the cost of a new BCM and dealer visit.
