That you have done there either before or after (whatever either Jimmy or Cbty recommends)
Service writers aren’t always the most knowledgeable when it comes to these type of things and miscommunication is very easy, talk to the tech doing the work directly.

At what point in time do you just take your truck and parts home and do or finish the install yourself? Seems like the dealer service department you’re using is inadequate in this situation. You’re getting enough information here including from a tech that you should have enough confidence to...
Once they replace the 3rd brake light.. Home depot or Lowes get a strip of marine grade rubber and remove that stupid foam gasket they’re probably still using that will eventually hold water and never worry about it again or just do that to your original one and keep the new one on the shelf...

id go 3”, Factory level on Rebels are 1” over factory non ORG group. So if you’re adding a lift that claims 3” on nonrebel and 2” on Rebels.. your at 3”

All Hemi’s gonna have some type of tick but that ticks volume is greatly increased once your manifolds/bolts or broken or cracked.

550 pounds roughly yeah id look at Cargomaxx springs. Theres also Bilstein B12 springs but those are more of a progressive style spring I run them with probably 400lbs of gear in the back (Jobox/tote/cooler etc), lowered the rear maybe 1/2-1” or so but rides fantastic both loaded and unloaded...
