Yeah, that answers a good bit. I wonder why they can't help physically but they do everything else including bringing it in and setting up lift. If it has to do with the waiver or business licensing maybe since they're renting space? It does have good potential, waiver is an absolute must, can...
Yes, seems to be a fairly common issue. Not everyone's overflows but slow filling seems very common among most. Should be able to do a search for some of these threads and see if they have a fix. Consensus points to a vent problem for these problems, if it does it regularly dealer should be able...
That's funny, the owner of the shop I worked at 6 years ago mentioned the same idea. Interesting to see it happen for real, wonder if it will catch and spread.
I agree with @donsteph Looks like engine oil. Think I remember seeing someone else having rear main leak also. Get it looked at asap, keep an eye on oil level. Let us know how it goes at dealer!
Look into a Laramie sport appearance truck if you dont like the chrome, a lot of bang for your buck in that trim, of course I'm biased though too! As long as rear heated and cooled seats aren't a must I think you'll like it
I bet there was a change somewhere along the line on build dates where aluminum wheel became standard instead of steel. Aluminum 18" spare under ours.
18" aluminum spare vs 20" painted/polished on truck
Is it a high volume dealership? Could account for long wait time. If they can't fit you in sooner I would check with other dealers if available if it's something pressing needing done. And yes, parts availability right now is horrendous, hard to tell depending on what is needing replaced.
I would say it's nice. Not like it's over the top or anything but performs well. I would say it's a step up from the fusion. I had a 13 focus st with the sony system and it is better than that I feel like comparing the two
Neither are side steps.. or any other parts you want or need for these. By far my biggest complaint with FCA right now is parts availability. Everything seems to be getting pushed back on dates
I'm going to go with rain sensor assuming it's up in there too. Our Subaru had a strip for the wipers I believe was activated with rear defrost. Whether this is like that, dont know, be my first guess though
Possible I'm sure, cost is the wild card.. being a return customer should help, talk to them and see what they tell you maybe they'd be willing to do it. The price if you can deal with it will be up to you
Ok well I'm not totally out of the norm then. Seems like the sender has resistance issues with it not hitting full and fuel light coming on early. Whether that's actually the case who knows..
The truck has done this since new as I've filled it most of the time wife does occasionally. 13 miles...
From the harness for the lights, the tan and white and tan and purple. Are they in the same connector or separate? From looking at the pics you posted I thought it looked like they're in the same connector
I did a quick search and didnt find my answer immediately so I'll ask, does anyone else's fuel gauge not top out when full? Ours sits anywhere from just above 7/8 to 15/16 (if there were a mark). I have yet to see it actually hit the F or past. I have read cases of the bottom ends of the gauge...
Sorry, busy day haven't been on. Well, it can't be too much it's only a two wire system.. I had no lights at all initially and have seen where hitting or holding the button for the bedlight would make the hazards flash for someone else and it all boiled down to the pin placement making it act...
