Installed these last Thursday. Ordered from jegs.com for $29.96 each set. The box did include film in both sets. I also ran a bead of black silicone inside them before mounting. Probably won't help but, I tend to over-engineer everything.
There's quite a long history of the tow package vs 360 view/folding on these forums. Personally, I'd not give up the surround view and folding mirrors to add the tow package. I use them both every time I drive the vehicle.
Losing them would be a deal breaker, regardless of what has been signed...

I used a 4" hole saw with a drill press.
Total board length for the 5'7" bed with Mopar drop in liner was 66.5".
Drilled the center hole and then worked outward with the next hole 3" apart edge to edge.
Routed the edges.

Installed a RetraxONE MX Tonneau Cover today from Real Truck. Got $130 off by mentioning I’m a veteran.
Took 2 hours to install by myself. Most of that was squaring up the rails.
It fit over the Mopar drop-in bedliner without needing to cut it.

I've become very dependent on the surround view with a truck of this size. I use it every single time I park in a parking lot (in drive or reverse).
BTW, don't get the trailer tow package if you get the Advanced Safety Group. It deletes the surround view.
The advice from I_really is solid. If you’re buying off the lot and the best offer includes eTorque, it’s a no brainer. I shopped 4 OTD prices, the eTorque truck was $4000 lower on a similar MSRP. Bam, done.
