I just negotiate my out the door price. I don't care how they write it down on paper as long as it meets that. I take into consideration taxes but not there bs fees. that's on them to figure out how to make it work.
I found that mine only worked with the cord that came with the phone (I use the usb c connection). I believe other cords will work if they are rated appropriately. I saw on another thread that the issue was with the internal connection on the usb ports being bent.

doubt it. I have the braces on still, slamming is basically a must. it really isn't that hard of a slam in my opinion. just has to be shut harder than would think is necessary.
android or iPhone? in android auto I believe there are settings accessed via your phone on app auto start up. i would check the settings in waze as well. don't use iPhone so I have no knowledge there.
I agree with mid 15's being bad for mostly highway driving. in my rebel with mostly highway driving I get 17-18. city driving significantly impacts my mpg's
only issue I have is with the brackets in the front of the bed in regards to putting on a tonneau cover. They are usefull as a tie down point though. I would still get the MFT if I had the choice.
