I would say it depends on whether you will use the sunroof. For me, I will never buy a vehicle without a sunroof. Aside from winter and rain, mine is open most every time I drive the truck. To be honest, e-torque does nothing for me and would take a long time for any fuel savings to catch up to...
I can’t imagine this would cause that big of a problem, but I believe the rears require 5lbs less. Check the door sticker to confirm. Lots of complaints about dealers over inflating the duratracs while prepping the truck on this forum.
A little over 15,000 miles on my Rebel and still drives straight as an arrow and better than my 15 Sierra All Terrain. Something must not be right, or if they tell you otherwise ask to test drive another Rebel on the lot. I assure you that it’s not normal.
Disappointed here also, as I use the app in the winter to start my truck regularly. Unfortunately parking at one of my offices can be about a block away. Previously I had a Sierra Denali and like the previous statement, it worked at no extra cost until the day I traded it in. No way I would pay...
Same here and don’t understand. 14,000 miles on my truck and I began to notice the computer always got about 1mpg better on 87 then 89. Just recently did a long multi state trip and decided to hand calculate the mpg and it confirmed what the computers been telling me. I only use Shell gas and...
Thanks for the input guys! Most of my driving is in town, so my average tank is usually more around your 14-15 Tommy R. I’m thinking I have no need to run 89 if I achieve better MPG with 87 and don’t notice a power difference.
Sorry for the confusion and yes, regular for us here is 87 and mid grade is 89. 87 consistently got about 1mpg better than 89. This was via hand calculation too, not the computer.
My Rebel now has just over 14,000 miles on it, so it’s more than broken in. Just returned from a long road trip from the Chicago area to Louisville and then to Pigeon Forge and back. Total distance was about 650 miles each way and no matter where I was on the map, I always averaged about 1mpg...
I had issues with the auto-braking coming on when pulling out of my driveway. After the 3rd time of scarring the crap out of me, I had to unfortunately turn it off. I too don’t want my truck to be less safe than what’s possible, but false alerts that scare the crap out of you make you question...
Came across these pics of a 2020 Rebel while looking on autotrader. Maybe details of this package have already been released and I missed it, or maybe this dealer did some quick mods...
My previous GMC Sierra Denali had Pandora and iHeart, but still would utilize the CarPlay. I miss it, but the response time and better display on the RAM is worth it.
There’s a YouTuber who I don’t believe I’ve seen on this site who has a rebel grill, bumper and skid plate color matched. I think it looks pretty good!
Someone else very well may have a better idea, but if you can get the old stud out you put a rivet nut in its place. You may even have room to drill out another hole in the bracket and truck if you can’t get it out. I’m thinking it was my 2012 RAM that the oem bars used those to secure all the...
I’ve never used an automatic car wash, but can contest to I’ve never had a front window of a truck fog up as much as my 2019 RAM. I know it’s humid in the Midwest, however it seems like more times then they should when my windows and sunroof are open the front window has fog on it. Not much of...
