My 2021 had about 2.5 quarts in it from the factory and took about 2.75 quarts to fully fill back up when I changed the fluid. Anything less than full could cause premature wear I’m sure but losing any rear end component at that low of mileage is still disappointing. Though it’s not unheard of.

Perhaps the RF hub under the backseat? I don’t know much about it but I believe that receives the signal from the key fob and could brick the truck.

Is there a large tuning market for the Hemi? Perhaps a well known shop could do the gasser equivalent of a GDE tune for your Hemi to give you some safer and more reliable "pep in your truck's step?" I did both diffs at 30k and my transfer case at 60k, I'll be doing the diffs again probably around 80-100k. I think it's a good idea to take care of them as the fluid does break down, and to get any break in material out of those gear cases. Easy enough to DIY, though not sure what a dealer...

Does your truck have the off road package? If so they will fit no problem. No mods here and my truck clears 35 x 11s with no issues with factory off road package.
