Is everyone still getting the vibration even with MDS off (gear selector set to 8 or tow/haul mode active)? When Eco mode/MDS is active I feel like I notice it more in the gas pedal vibrations than I do the sound from the exhaust but as soon as I turn MDS off it's immediately smooth again.

Got it removed. Attached are some pics including the spot that I was able to get it started from. I pried on that fastener while pulling on the door compartment with my other hand, I used my knee against the metal door corner to keep the door in place. Once that one let go all the lower ones...
