I ordered everything from ProTuning Labs and ordered the Wicked H7 LED's. I rarely run the brights, so I left them as Halogen for now. There's PLENTY of room for these LED's.
Well I’m a bonehead. Got my AlphaRex headlights today al9ng with H7 led’s for the low beams. Finished up right at dark and realized on the passenger side, I put the led in the high beam. Bonehead. They do look great though. :-)
Just put 3100 miles on my 2020 Bighorn. Mostly highway miles. The truck used 1/2 tank of DEF. This is MUCH more than I used on my 2014 Ecodiesel. Just curious what others are seeing? Thanks.

Well, here's how it went today.
1. All the "tests" passed
2. We don't smell it
3. The start case number I gave them from rbdennis - doesn't exist per the dealer
4. In fact, there are NO star cases ANYWHERE about exhaust smells from the front of the ecodiesel

Well, the dealer just called. I shared the exact exhaust smell issues, I even shared your issue and resolution. Their response? The technician pressure tested the system. There’s no issue. Everything you smell is normal.

I picked my 2020 Bighorn up about 4 weeks ago. I have the same issue with exhaust. I’m thinking maybe it’s related to the high side EGR as it’s worse when the truck is warming up in the morning. But it is DEFINITELY an issue. I have an apt on Feb 25 to leave it.
