Check sway bar links. I started experiencing the same issue on my 19' longhorn @ 3K miles and it ended up being the sway bar links needing re-torque

Truck is running fine with no issues

Use the "Manual Park Release". I was in a similar situation where my longhorn 5.8 hemi would not turn off. After researching I found this to be the answer and was able to allow me to turn off my truck. Hope this helps.
