Eggzaktly!
The overkill of 37” tires would perfectly match the overkill factor of putting a 707 horsepower engine in a pick em up truck.
A coworker once asked me, somewhat derisively, “where are you going to use 707 horsepower?”
To which I curtly replied, “Everywhere I take it!”
We all got a...
“As part of the midterm evaluation, on April 2nd of this
year, the EPA issued a determination that the current GHG standards for MYs
2022-2025 are too stringent and warrant adjustment. EPA concluded that the
original standards were based on outdated information, and a number of key

What interests me about the eTorque is how it increases towing capacity by providing more off the line torque. I like the engineering accomplishment. For my needs, any 1500 with a Hemi will be a significant upgrade as far as towing capacity goes so I don't need that extra off the line torque...
Supply and demand.
Short supply, high demand, price goes up.
Adequate supply, adequate demand, price steady.
High supply, low demand, price drops.
On a highly regarded brand new rececently refreshed vehicle, you aren’t going to get a ton of incentives. You can always negotiate and bring all...
That cold hard dose of reality is a warning to the competition and naysayers that, yes, they are going to build it.
As if . . . that’s what they get for doubting the company that brought you the 6.2L supercharged Hellcat.
One point of clarification, at times, members here will post articles from other sites. That is often for discussion and not necessarily an endorsement of the content.
People have asked and those with sources have responded in the negative. If there is a street truck project underway, it is a very well kept secret.
All indications are that the sites citing 5thgenrams.com hav addedtheir own speculation. They are well within their rights to speculate and they...
Welcome - great band of enthusiasts here. Very solid insider information so if you watch the forums frequently, you'll be ahead of most main stream publications. There are already a handful of publications citing articles first posted here and others that cite those articles (but forgot to cite...
Welcome - and best wishes on your engineering studies.
Word of caution though - make this the only web site you visit. If you're even remotely normal, you will not have time for any others.
I'm interested in the other side of the discussion - issues encountered from making modifications to stock engineering. Personally, I void mods because of all the ancillary headaches that follow, but I have seen some very cool things done. However, the pictures don't tell the stories of all...
That is a gorgeous picture and the best video I've seen yet - great to see someone stretching the Hemi's legs a little. I'm still anxious to see a 2019 Rebel vs. Raptor head to head.
My guess would be, the Rebel is a better road truck where the Raptor may hold somewhat of an edge off road.
Thanks for the news RRB. Even before I stumbled into FCA territory I was not fond of GM trucks. I like curves. GM has gone for a boxy look that does not appeal to me. Bold, yes, but not especially appealing. Thumbs up on the hood scoop and looks are subjective, so style isn't a huge point...
Agreed - and others recirculated the rumor. But who knows - if, after the TRX comes out, there is a clamoring for a Truckhawk, and they can make money selling it, I say go for it.
