I would have to assume it would need to be released before free spool. I know with the factor 55 system or even a hook, you will draw it in tight. So it doesnt rattle or bounce around. So some slack would need to be put in it before free spool.
After installing the readylift, it was noticeably stiffer. However after installing the 35" KO2, I did get some of my cushion back. Taller side wall etc. To me it feels like it did when I had just a level on it.
Besides the rebel warranting a premium price, I didnt mind the red. Just couldn't logically swing the extra 10k. Keep in mind I purchased 10/1/18. But i was reading that the 2020 rebel are coming out with a black interior. Which looked pretty slick.

Oh? Help me out here, but is the spacer enough to keep the rim and tire from rubbing on the knuckle? Really want to make sure before I drop 3k on a lift... lol
I've had many conversations with some members here when I did my install. Pre measurements and post measurements. Expensive rigs yo break something due to not knowing. So I double tripple checked everything.
Do I ever see myself at full droop? Probably not. But you never know. And just dont...
I have the ORP on my truck. Giving it the factory 1" lift. Readylift warns that their lift may not work (on rebels or ORP equipped trucks) unless you pre measure. I was at the max measurement. Installed and it runs completely fine. However it's when at full droop, the angle of the cv axl...
