Thats a good idea but I think the shipping will take forever and perhaps round up to the same thing.
Well the trail that I hit was full of really sandy washboard road almost to the point where you need 4wd to be able to maneuver the truck the way you want it to go. I'd say about 3" ripples in...
I actually did purchase from filthy motorsports and I initially paid for the custom valving option but the owner Ben called me saying if I wanted to remove it. He told me he thought I would be happy with the stock king tune so I agreed and felt like it wasn't necessary otherwise he would have...
I still feel a slight wobble when turning at low speeds, potholes on the street are slightly better and the flexing is still the same due to the sway bar ,it doesn't change much. Washboard roads don't feel that good with the stock king tune as its a bit stiff so I'm going to try and get a tune...
I purchased some king shocks recently but they took a while for them to be put on since my truck was in a fender bender and was at the shop for two months. Anyways... the kit came out to be around 4100 with tax and another 450 for installation and alignment(I did the rears myself). The coilovers...
No. I had the readylift 2". When I called readylift the tech told me to not pass a 2" level on an ORP or Rebel due to cv axle angles. Now that I bought kings they told me the same thing. My buddy blew a cv axle on our last offroad trip with that 3.5" kit on his Rebel. Lucky for him the dealer...
The clunking might be something else. I've never heard a strut clunk. Try having someone rock your truck side to side and check on the sway bar end links up front. It's a common problem and it happened to mine.
The preload spacers are garbage. It changes the whole ride of the truck. Every chance the spring gets it wants to expand back to its original form. Its okay if your truck never sees dirt.
This is awesome! I love seeing American v8's in other countries. Are Ram trucks popular out there Hopefully? Hopefully I get to visit Qatar soon. Greetings from Southern California.
I'm sure there's a t tap u can do somewhere underneath the steering wheel that u can run through the firewall rather than removing the
Headliner. I did that on my Gmc Sierra I used to own. I tapped into a wire underneath to add footwell LEDs . Let me take a look at the wiring.
Instead of wiring them from the headliner for power why not just buy a fuse tap and replace the fuse with the new fuse tap so u can run the power from the engine bay to the bed? Just thinking of removing the headliner gives me a head ache.
How in the he** did u fit that screen on a 4th gen? That's awesome lol. I've been wanting to pull the trigger for a 12" on my rebel but infotainments prices are ridiculous.
What offset did you get? I spoke to method before purchase and was told for 18s to fit they would have to be -12mm. Mine don't rub at all but I do have about 1/8" of clearance for the brake caliper. Never had an issue with rocks or anything getting in there though.
