Good luck getting delivery... they’re notorious for being hard to actually get the vehicles completed. They seem to enjoy building insane prototypes but not actually doing production afterwards.
Yea I wasn’t a fan of the response but left it alone... who knows if it’s crappy service or just bad day... most likely a small operation and he’s overwhelmed
I asked about the blue screws in the knob and he said he couldn’t send me a pic of one like that because he didn’t have any knobs in stock... I mean he could’ve sent a pic of the screws at least to get an idea but the vibe I got was like he wasn’t interested. Maybe someone on here will post up...
Nothing in the drivers side one but my windshield sun shades are stored in the passenger one. It sticks up above the console level a little but it’s better than roaming around lost and hard to find.
Call your local salvage yard and price it... last time I replaced a motor in an older car was probably 10 years ago and it was 500 plus core for a used motor with a few thousand mile warranty
Haven’t gotten a bedliner in mine yet but I wanted the rivnuts in before I did for just this reason. Just with factory paint it was a tight fit to get the nuts into the holes. I’ve installed hundreds of them with just a bolt and a couple nuts... got lazy and bought a tool for it and it’s so much...
With the entire truck integrated into the screen I don’t see how anything but a factory rep lament is going to work correctly... I’ve read other posts where they consider a nonfunctional radio something that makes the truck undriveable because of the safety features that can only be accessed...
Most license plate screws whether it’s security or not are just self tappers screwed into the plastic... so a pair of pliers will pull them out easily.
Pop the hood and look at the engine... does it have an alternator or a giant electric motor mounted to the upper driver side of the motor. It’s insanely obvious so if you can’t tel then it’s not there.
I was able to get mine loose relatively easy but getting the positioning washer off wasn’t working for me... I cheated and used an impact to spin the bolt faster and get them to come out... they works really well lol
Some of these systems aren’t just trackers... the one installed in line not only tracks but allows me to set a geo fence that will shut it down if it leaves a certain area I can designate... or simply shut it down if I determine it’s stolen. As for the gps tracker the insurance uses, they only...
A code will set in the computer without setting the dash light. The computer sees a fault and sets a code, then waits for a rescan and subsequent positive fault diagnosis before setting the light.
I second having both soft and conventional shackles... just make sure they’re rated much higher than you need. Overkill is a good thing with this and stay with quality items not what’s cheapest. The forces your working with can hurt or kill someone if things break. Make sure those not directly...
