I have a 21 with only 12000 miles that has had electrical issues, 4 dealer visits before fixed and after I asked for a loaner and told them I didn’t want it back till it was fixed and they had 30 days. It was fixed that afternoon. I was told it was left rear wheel sensor and broken wires behind...
My 19 w/o air ride did this, with the same tires and my 21 with air ride also doing it. Dealers told me it’s normal wear, for these NEW heavy ram 1500 trucks. I was also told them tires are just put on for a good ride at test drive. I think it’s all a bunch of 💩
I’d say the frame needs replaced? If insurance is willing to pay for it and you want that truck I’d say push to fix it! If it were me, I’d push to total it and start looking for a new truck, which sucks right now I know! Glad no serious injuries and good luck with your repairs and or new truck...
I had a 19 and now a 21 both etorque. I recently had a 22 loaner, and the new system on the 22 is much different, when I let off the brake, it was dead, no movement at all, my 21 is rolling as soon a I let of the brake! Also the 22 would shut off before completely stopped, my 21 won’t shut off...
Could be multiple things, the dealer said they put a new driveshaft on mine with no fix🤷🏻♂️ Or the new driveshaft was also bad? Good luck with your fix!
The vibrations were so bad from day one on my 19 Laramie and not one of the tires would stay balanced. 250 miles after having them balanced, all 4 were out of balance again, 7 times in 8600 miles! 3 different dealers, many new parts. I was told every part that could cause a vibration was...
I know and I hate to complain and be negative. But after 2 different rams with unresolved issue, very disappointing. I have talked to people with 50,000+ Miles On their ram with not one issue. I’ve also talked to new Chevy, ford and Toyota truck owners who have also had problems. Covid crappy...
That’s why we have the lemon law options! It’s not a threat, it’s our right! After 7 visits with no fix to my 19 ram, I told them fix it or you’ll be hearing from my lawyer, a week later they gave me a new truck! Why should we have to take the hit on a trade in when they can’t fix a issue?
Sorry about your issues! I had a 19 with unresolved vibrations issues from day one, after 8 trips to 3 different dealers and a independent tire shop, finally got it lemon lawed after a year of hell! So I did something dumb and had a 21 ram built🤣 Now the 21 has unresolved electrical issues, 3...
All the dealerships I’ve dealt with are all full of BS. Yes you are right and that is what the owners manual says! However I’ve been told by several independent shops that yes, you should change oil every 5000 miles, unless they are using fully synthetic. Which I’m sure most are not! I would...
Sounds good, I just hope you never have any ongoing issues that even after multiple trips to different dealers, no one can fix! I guess when I spend $60,000 for a new truck, I expect that it works as it should!
I got shafted on my 19 with unresolved issues, now my 21 has unresolved electrical issue. I’ve had 6 dash lights on, no abs, no cruse, no traction control, no auto braking, engine light on, something else not working, been to the dealer three times, they ordered parts that the scan tool said...
