This is an amazing thread. I just read all 18 pages of it. Well done by you all for figuring out how to do this. I have no intention of doing this swap because Android Car play is good enough for me and I like my manual knobs, but just wanted to say "Good Job".
I did order directly from them, it does seem brittle so that is not surprising those mounting tabs broke over time. From the shipping debacle, I fully expect it to break / crack at some point. I do tend to order directly from the manufacturers for that exact reason.

Picked it up from the dealer after getting the recall, tires rotated and 2 TSB's addressed. Then changed my oil. I am big fan of No Spill System drain plug. Nice to be back behind the wheel, as I was in Rogue for a week.
I have this same experience, they can't reproduce it so ... here are keys and go home.. I opened a case with @RamCares when it happened in February and all that got me was a few DM's, an email & phone call. Issue still exists with no resolution.

That exact setup was plug and play in my Bighorn. Took about 10 minutes start to finish. A tip, when you take the old speaker out, using blue masking tape to to tape the existing wires to the dash so they dont drop in the speaker hole. Make the connections, take the tape off and drop the new...

The spacers are only to make up the mounting space lost by the access panel for the review camera for a level flush mount. The light bar is still recessed under the tailgate and not flush with the bumper.
