Mine had more of a clicking than a clunk if I recall, but it’s been over a year since rectified. After multiple visits and arguing and me doing the shops troubleshooting for them, turned out they replaced both front lower control arms at 18k miles. I think I noticed it at around 15-16k miles.

The process may have changed as there is no option to buy on their site. Also perhaps you paying with a personal check may have changed things

You should read closer. It clearly says in that paragraph to work with them and go to the dealer. The next paragraph is an appendage stating if you cannot get to your dealer, to contact them to suggest another dealer. The process does not change

Because you are not digging deep enough to see the ACTUAL spelled out process. I provided the screenshot from my account with the steps to proceed. Again all this was confirmed by 2 dealers and the finance company directly. I’m not making this up. Much better things to do with my day trust me

Either you did not read it closely, or I didn’t It says work with your dealer, or to call them to suggest a dealer to work with. Either way, you are working with an FCA dealer. Yes, they can charge, which I already confirmed with my dealer that they do not.

You will still have all the buttons. There are quite a bit of extra functions you get with the bigger screen. Again I did not realize until after I got a Warlock as a loaner.
