I've got a 2023 Laramie I got some after market flares yesterday that I'm not 100% sold on. My local body shop has some OEM flares for a Longhorn coming and we are going to see if it works to screw in the underside and remove the clips that face the box and see if 2 sided tape will work to...
2023 Laramie GT Sport
Just waiting for OEM style flares and will be doing bronze tow hooks as well.
18" Vision Korupt
285/75R18 Duratrac
1.5 ReadyLift Level to take advantage of all 5 air ride heights
Same as I had on my 2019 BigHorn. With a 1.5 Level the only ever touched on a full crack of the steering wheel when it was cold (below zero) and the springs settle a little.
Summer time was never an issue.
Well I pulled the trigger as my shop offered to return them if there were problems.
18" Vision 405 KORUPT (-12). Can confirm, they fit over the calipers, but there's no room on the inside for wheel weights and no lip for the hammer on kind either. Could get out front but we opted to try them...
1.5" Level
287/75R18 Duratrac
American Racing wheels but I don't remember the offset. This was my old 2019 Bighorn.
Only time they ever touched on a full crack of the steering wheel is when it was below zero and the springs are cold.
I soooo wished the Laramie and Rebel GT PACKAGE came with the 6.4. It made sense to me if people were calling it the Baby TRX.
The Hellcats got the Supercharged 6.2 and the ScatPacks got the 6.4
It just made sense to put the 6.4 in the Ram GT's. But alas...no one asked my opinion.
did it immediately so never had a chance to notice....but I had 2" level and 35s on my 2019 with standard suspension and I really don't think the air ride is that significant on ride quality over all. That's not why I bought it anyway
I'm currently in this dilemma right now.
Sold my 2019 BigHorn a couple weeks ago when my 2023 GT showed up.My 2019 had 18" American Racing wheels and I loved the look. No rub with a 2" level and 35" tire.
I thought I had the perfect wheel picked out and then the folks said "Hey wait...time...
Got my level on last weekend, just waiting on wheels/tires for the 23 Laramie GT.
Went with the 1.5" for mine...hope that wasn't a mistake, but with the Air Ride...I'll probably never be taking a hard turn with it in Aero or lower.
Plan on doing some 18" Vision wheels and 35" tires so it'll...
funny part is the dealer ordered the exact same build, (less the GT package) early Feb and it was delivered early March. 4-5 weeks...and my dad took it.
I "heard" it was the GT package that was the hold up.
It's a 2023 Laramie GT Sport...just about canceled to order a Rebel Lunar...(but the order bank only allowed 2WD hahahaha)
i have a 19 Bighorn with 18x10 wheels and I'm having a hell of a time finding something similar, so i'm leaning toward 18x9s and just using TRX rubber.
What size tire are you running here and what lift/level?
