Don't think you can go wrong with either the Husky or Mopar floor liners...both get good reviews on here (do a search for "floor liners" or "floor mats"). I also have the Husky floor liners and I'm happy with them...fit, feel & construction is excellent. I've heard the same about the Mopar ones.
As above...stay away from the Mopar...they suck. Not only do they fill up with dirt, sand, salt, etc. , they are harder to install than they need to be. Also, a sizable section of the edge overlaps & covers the fender paint and will lead to scuffing/abrasion of the clearcoat and/or paint after a...
I think what the other poster was saying is the male pin (on the OEM part you had to replace) looked like it was pushed in, not snapped off. It does looks like when the male pin met the out of whack female end, the male end got pushed back in internally the pressure pushing of them together -...
Hard to tell but sounds like possibly defective windshield glass or improper install at the factory. Hopefully you didn't tell them it "sounded like a rock hit the windshield" because if they report it that way to FCA, they will probably rule it as an insurance claim for you on your own and deny...
Agreed...and as I said previously, there is no doubt they are trying to foist the E Torque on certain trim level buyers in order to sell them & get off their hands. I'm also willing to bet the E Torque will die a quiet death and not be an option within a few years. Auto manufacturers don't like...
This is not how it works...you might wish it was but it's not. Unless someone pays the premium for ACTUAL REPLACEMENT COST option (which 99% of people don't because it's so expensive) then all the insurance company is required to do by law & all regulations is to pay you the actual cash value...
I went back on the Ram Trucks site....I put in all options you mention you wanted and you can build it out (link below)...BUT...only if you select the 5.7 with E-torque. Perhaps this is FCA's way of forcing people to take their stupid E torque system?? Since they put so much money into...
Oops..sorry - I didn't even know at this point you could configure a 19.....I went through again with the 2020 and you're right....it's all f'ed up. I can't see why it keeps kicking the selections down....you can't even select the 5.7 with a Level 2 package (it auto corrects it back to the 6...
I just ran it through Ramtrucks.com "Build & Price" with the options you tried and it went through fine....came up with a price of $50910 (MSRP) and $44513 "employee pricing" with those options.
Check this - it supposed be a "save configuration" link to the truck I mocked up - If it turns out...
A possible solution for that is to maybe DIY a removable plate cover....attached with either velcro or a magnetic strip to attach to a metal plate frame. Fortunately I don't live in an area with these Big Brother cameras (yet!).
Correct...says same in the owner's manual. But, you'd assume with that little oil in the system it would have triggered an oil pressure warning or a high oil temp. Maybe because the OP says he has a very limited commute the temp didn't rise enough to trigger it but the pressure warning should...
Glad I found this thread - I was about to call service and make an appt. I have the drips in the exact same locations - it's apparent they designed our systems with weep holes at muffler front & back so as not to have water build up and lay in the muffler or or pipes. No more water blowing out...
Problem is in many states ANY type of license plate covering is illegal and a reason for a MV stop. Hell, in communist NJ even some license plate FRAMES can get you a ticket if they obscure the top/bottom edges of the plate. You have to use a thin bezel frame in order to ensure all wording is...
Went to remote start my truck this morning and it kicked on then shut off....2 successive attempts resulted in it not auto starting at all. I had over the 1/8th mark on fuel gauge when attempting to start. I had returned from a road trip late the night before and didn't have a chance to get gas...
Yeah...it's not really that difficult - that's what the car wash guys do for all newer vehicles with these "protect the idiot" systems.....they just click in the driver's seatbelt and send it through the wash.
Yeah...I've started doing the same. I checked with a buddy's truck and his is the same. I guess they went with this as designed. Not a big deal as you say...just have to work with it. Plus it is very welcome when using the AC and even better, it defrosts the windshield faster than any veh...
Just wondering.....when you guys turn the fan speed knob to the very first click, does the air/fan blow out of the vents at a high volume/speed?? I just really noticed when needed to start using the heat and when I turned blower control to 1st click setting the air is coming out at what I...
