I am running Falcon shocks as well with 285/75/18 duratracs. I have JBA upper control arms with bora 1" spacers in the rear and .75" in the front. No rubbing and no modifications needed. As a matter of fact, I still have those little factory mudguards in the front. Love the ride and it handles...
Ride quality is the same. No loss of power and with the sway bar and falcon shocks it rides much better then stock. More importantly is that I didn't lose any MPG's :)
The falcon shocks are set to level but I did not get a complete level out of them, which is disappointing for the money. I put the 1/2" Wulf spacer in the bring it up to where I wanted it which is very close to be level.

I'm running 285/75/18 on stock wheels with a front level using Falcon shocks. I have 3/4" wheel spacers in the front and 1" in the rear and I have absolutely no rubbing at all.
Here's mine. Falcon shocks on level setting with a 1/2" spacer on top of the strut. I am running 285/75/18 Duratracs with .75" spacers in the front and 1" spacers in the rear. No rub whatsoever and it rides like a dream.
